Day 1 : Mandalay -Hkanti, Naga Land by flight (-/L/D)
In the morning, your guide will pick you up at your hotel in Mandalay and we need to take a flight to Khandi from Mandalay. Upon arrival at Khamti airport, proceed to the town and we will check in at a guest house. After taking a short rest at the guest house, start downtown sightseeing which included Naga Traditional Museum and Naga villages. Dinner will be served at a restaurant and at night stop at the guest house.
Day 2. Hkanti – Lahe by 4 WD (B/L/D)
In the morning, proceed to Lahe for 6 hours driving. This adventure driving passing through the tribal villages and forest mountain range will be the highlight of the day. On the way, visit some Naga villages (Sanpya and Gahone villages ) and make a stop at the Tainenyo viewpoint for photography. In the afternoon, arrive at Lahe. In the late afternoon, we will visit some small villages for your photography. Dinner and night stop will be at a traditional house in Lahe.
Day 3. Lahe – Sandone Naga village by 4 WD (B/L/D)
In the morning, we will visit some more villages around Lahe for photography. After lunch, we will drive to Sandone Naga village for more photos. Lying on the 2430-meter mountain range, it will be a cold climate in this village. Dinner and overnight stay at Naga traditional house in the village will give you to be an authentic local atmosphere. It will be a good photography day.
Day 4. Sandone Naga Village – Donehe Naga Village (B/L/D)
In the morning, take your time for your photography in the village. After the morning, shooting in the village continue to Donehe Naga village by scenic driving along the forest mountain range. On the way, we stop at some Naga villages for more photos. We will see some Naga families at their traditional houses. You can visit Yaungknoe and Ramsay Naga village on the way also. In the afternoon, arrive at Donehe Naga village. Take your time for your photography in the village. Dinner and overnight will be at Naga traditional house again.
Day 5. Donehe Naga village – Sandone Naga village – Makyan Naga village – Lahe (B / L/ D )
Today photography will be on the way back to Lahe. You can take your morning photography at Donehe village and drive back to Lahe. On the way, you have a lot of chances to visit some small Naga villages. In the evening, you will be in Lahe. Dinner and night stop will be at the house.
Day 6.Photography with Naga people at Lahe (B / L/ D)
It is a flexible day for photo activities. If you want to take some photos of the Naga people at Lahe or you can visit some Naga villages nearby the lake by car and motorbike. You can visit Gahone Naga villages by car and trekking in the morning. We can see the authentic culture of the Naga people in these villages. Stay living in their traditional way, it will be the highlight of the day. In the evening, back to Lahe. Dinner and overnight will be at the same traditional house again.
Day 7. Lahe – Khanti by 4WD (B /L /D)
After morning sightseeing in Lahe, proceed back to Khamti by 4WD. It will be the same way back and visit some rest villages on the way back. In the evening, do some more sightseeing by strolling around the town and enjoying the sunset on the bank of the Chindwin River if time permits. Dinner at a restaurant and overnight will be in the guest house again.
Day 8. Khandi – Mandalay by flight (B / L/ -)
Morning leisure and sightseeing in the small town. Upon your flight time, transfer to the airport for departure to Mandalay. On your arrival at Mandalay, transfer to your hotel and it will be at the end of the trip with us.
